  • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label to send the items back to us.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly exchange it for the correct one.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days after we receive and process your returned items.
